One of the worst experiences I have had in the many years and different branches that I have been to with Enterprise. If I had another option to drop the vehicle off I would use it.

THE STAFF ARE VERY RUDE BE AWARE

I would highly recommend against Enterprise Rental car Thetford. I rented a car from them that had a minor scratch as well as a front left tire that had a small air leak. The scratch was described to me as "within our allowable limits" and I just periodically added air to the tire. Upon return of the vehicle after business hours, I was notified that I would be liable for the scratch damage AS WELL AS the leaky air tire. My insurance company and Enterprise were looking into the matter, worse case I owed a 350pound deductible, BUT without noticed Enterprise Thetford billed my card over 900pounds.

Very poor Customer Service, it appears they will push their problems onto innocent customers and have them pay for it.

TERRIBLE. Did not pick us up. Left a family of 5 stranded for two hours with no notice or communication. Had to call corporate to get any feedback. Plus no drop-off box for car return. So, if you are here on business and cannot get to their office during the hours they feel like working, you have no way to return the car. They are rude and unhelpful. AVOID THEM!

Very disappointing had prepaid for a van to move house in advance. Checked booking before collection via call centre all confirmed. Show up to collect van and was then informed that we where unable to rent the van despite prepayment and 💷 200 deposit unless we also provided a credit card. To which I was unable. Have to moved house without van thankyou very much enterprise oh and no refund either. AVOID At ALL COST

Dreadful experience! Huntingdon Cambridgeshire = INADEQUATE SERVICE.
Did not show inside of car only outside. I was still traumatised by my recent accident . Resulting in someone writing my car off! Now trying to charge me for damage on the inside of the car! Passenger side... I did NOT, while I had the car, transport any passengers; and due to some discomfort/injuries and feeling traumatised I hardly drove the car! The accident has left me traumatised and now on top of it Enterprise are clearly trying to make me pay for something that was missed prior to renting it out to me. Am disappointed with Enterprise.
