Friendly helpful staff in branch. Telephone operator that I booked with seemed surprised that I wanted a pick-up although your advert promoting this as your USP had just played down the phone!

Vehicles always clean, inside & out.

Slightly tricky location - exit onto busy, three lane, traffic light-controlled gyratory; once you do get out if the exit, you do have access directly to A406.

As always with ENTERPRISE the system is consistently good wherever in the UK you are booking from ---- the staff are always impressive , easy going , informative and clearly understand that this is not just about cars --- its about public service -----TOM and Stephan were just so pleasing to deal with and interested in me as a person ----

Excellent place for car hire. Always apt and with in your budget. But you need to check other outlets for better price in your budget

Friendly staff both in the office and the pickup/drop-off drivers. Very good overall service. Could do with some extra staff at peak times.

If I could put less than one star I would. Disorganised, unhelpful and unreliable. Went to pick up a car, was told my address was invalid and that I wouldn't be able to rent the car, despite booking over the phone the day before. I was then informed that the branch should have done this check before i came in to pick it up. They offered no solution to resolve the issue, total 'computer says no' attitude. They were rude, unhelpful and disorganised. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

If you book online you can get really good deals depending on the demand the period you need the vehicle....When collecting a vehicle just be very thorough when checking the vehicle before driving out, take pictures of all angles to cover yourself. I almost lost a grand after not informing them of a cracked front light that was there before I drove the vehicle out. I spotted it but because it was tiny I didn't think much of it and didn't tell the guy. I didn't pay the extra daily excess reduction thingy for damages so instead of the £250, I'd be charged a £1000 for any damage to the vehicle. Luckily the guys there were pretty good about the whole situation and gave me the benefit of the doubt. So in future I'll make them aware of any tiny defect before leaving as well as taking detailed pictures of the vehicle to cover my own back.....Other than that most of the staff are brilliant really friendly and pretty professional .

Not the quickest service :) But the staff here is polite and attentive, even finding a new van when it turned out that the back door didn't shut properly.

The staff were almost too friendly, but made the dull task of car rental simple .

PROS: Great customer service, staff very polite and friendly, always with a smile. They always have excellent and new vehicles in the depo. Fantastic managers working here, I've known three since this branch opened and all three were/are actively leading by example. Very clean, modern, well maintained office. If you pre reserve automatic and manual vehicles are available with no issues. Even in a last minute booking, staff here work very hard to meet your requirements even if they don't have any available. Occasionally they will even upgrade your vehicle. Collect points as a ERAC+ member, easy and fast booking process via website, mobile app, or via phone to the lovely phone team. Excellent CDW included with thoroughly explained optional covers. Customer toilets available. Finally although it's not guaranteed in most cars you will get higher end luxurys like Sat Nav, Cruise Control, and Bluetooth.

CONS: no WiFi, cannot leave your car at branch as limited parking, difficult enterance as you have to get on to the dual carriage and enter by the side, limited seating area, no automatic commercial vehicles, can get fairly busy, no after hours drop box facility, and a fairly large min £200 refundable deposit required at the beginning of the rental.
