Everything went smoothly as I had booked online a month before.

Van was as expected. I think some thought is needed on the damage process, I'm not overjoyed at paying £600 for a small 4" scratch that occurred when I wasn't even in the van (but I get that I can't prove that). The team were understanding and did help me by reducing the original £1200 excess (which would have been insane)

They were all polite, friendly, and helpful. Eager to help and knowledgeable.

All good but once again I was given a silly little car which I hated AND worst of all my £200 deposit took four days to be credited back to my card. This is unacceptable. You demand my payment instantly yet your bank holds onto my money for four days. You need to sort this out.

Helpful team and quick service. The pick up drop off thing is a life saver!

Vehicle was fine.
I am not happy as I have inadvertently paid my dart charge on my personal rather than hired registration.
this caused for me to have to pay another 5 pounds and took me a minute to sort out.
Still, Enterprise saw fit to charge me £35 for "administration charges"!
would really love to know what £35 of administration charges worth look like.
This could have (and should have) been resolved in a single phone call.
Enjoy my money - you have done f$%k all to earn it.

Excellent service. Most helpful and pleasant staff.Good prices and a vehicle that was clean and suitable for what we needed. Highly recommend this branch. Would definitely use again.

Very good service, they really went out our way to make it an easy process

I left a Nokia lumina in a van I returned on Thursday morning, called the branch twenty mins later to say could they leave it out for me and ill come and collect, funnily they couldn't find the phone. But when I called the phone someone has taken the sim card out of it as I now get the generic phone operator voice message. I turned up at branch and apparently saw the manager who was acting very shifty and not a good liar , blatantly stole phone or covering for someone else. Do not trust this branch.

I used them for the first time over the weekend and can honstly say I had the perfect service.
Staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you. Very quick service when picking up the car (10 mins max), everything explained thoroughly, the vehicle provided was excellent and not one which I would have thought to borrow but thoroughly enjoyed driving.
On return the service was exceptional again and they even offered to run me home which I was not expecting.
Very good price and although the excess is £1000, you can reduce this to £100 for a small fee so not a problem there either.
I highly recommend the Stevenage branch which I used and will definiately be using them again in the future.
