Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was served by Andy. Everything was spot on. Andy very nice, well presented guy. Knew what he was doing. Car done its job. Collection and drop off nice and easy.

Even though the staff member had only been with Enterprise 3 days, he seemed knowledgeable and was certainly very friendly. He was thorough (a little too thorough given I rent cars regularly) but certainly had my best interests at heart. I'd recommend Enterprise over their local competition.

Super friendly if a little scripted. Really impressed with the team. It was really busy but they were efficient and dealt with the challenge. Fantastic.

Very disappointed that the vehicle booked was not available. We ordered the extra long vehicle as we had a house move where the contents was going abroad and so needed to be with the shipping agent on that day. This caused unnecessary stress. Because of Enterprise's mistake we had to hire another vehicle as well, do two trips to the property, pay for diesel for two vans, take another day's holiday and then arrive a day late at the shipping agent.

Staff is really friendly and helped us as quickly as try could. I always rent with Enterprise for this reason. If they didn't have that hidden 35 pound admin fee for 'processing' any traffic violations you incur, I'd give them a 10 out of 10.

This is the first time I have ever rented a vehicle. I decided to go with enterprise as I've heard positive things. Boy, am I glad I did! The location was very accessible. The car (Hyundai i20) was spotless and a pleasure to drive. The real icing on the cake were the staff, in particular a gentleman named Lex. He went through every detail and made sure I understood clearly. Nothing was too much trouble and he was confident with his knowledge of the industry. I found this very reassuring. Bottom line, I would 100% recommend!

I have Hired many time's from Enterprise from many Locations, in Particular Huntingdon,the last two Hires I have been Picked up from My St Neots Home,the-car has always been clean,and hired at a sensible Rate,, I live most of the Year in Cyprus so when I visit the Uk, I have deal with a savvy ,no nonsense Hire Company that go that bit further,in ensuring that I have wheels during my stay...Thanks Team..

Friendly helpful staff, certainly the person I dealt with was. Seat Leon at £200 for just over a week, car was clean and quite new, and the booking and handback process was quite smooth.
