I only have given 4 star, because we are not really renting a car, it is a courtesy car from insurance claim as someone went into the side of our stationary car, we found the staff extremely helpful, and the car very nice!!

The gentleman who dealt with my rental, namely Yahia, I found to be courteous, helpful and professional.

The staff were very helpful in getting me a car as I needed one asap as I had mine written off and needed to be mobile for work. The girl on the desk was new to the job but she was very helpful and efficient and customer friendly answering any questions I asked in regards to the hire of the vehicle.

Professional fantastic customer service

Needed a van as mine was in for repair, enterprise had one ready and waiting at 8 o'clock the next morning, only took 10 minutes for paperwork and payment then was on the road. Returned the van the following week and my deposit (£200) was put back in my bank without even having to ask for it!! Top quality service and would recommend this company to everyone.

Helped when no one else would

My Partner recently had a courtesy car - a BMW 320d from this Unit. This was as a result of an accident she had in her own BMW. Enterprise arrange d to pick her up from home for her to collect the courtesy car. The driver Dominic was at our home at the given time and the handover of the car was very efficient. Overall the service was excellent with friendly professional staff. Would definitely recommend hiring vehicles from Enterprise again.
