I originally booked the 2 Door Vauxhall Corsa, I found the Corsa very unsafe and didn't feel comfortable at all. Enterprise upgraded me to a 4 Door Seat Leon due to the fault the Corsa had. The Seat Leon was perfect and would look at renting this car again. The staff were very friendly and sorted out an exchange car without any fuss.

The team were amazing. Not just saying that because I rent cars a lot. But the girls in the office were superb sales people and so friendly. I even extended my rental. The fact that Leatherhead office was closed I was reluctant. But because they came and picked me up and dropped me back again- a week thought out service.

The Dorking team deserve an award as they were so friendly . I have rented a car every summer for 14 years and this wa the first time I felt it was a real " friendly " approach. Would definitely go back there and recommend to others.

Helpful and friendly staff. The lady that booked my the car out in the office came out to the car and spent a considerable time going through the vehicles controls and also programmed my phone into the vehicles Bluetooth. Thank you
