Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This was the 1st time i got van and i keepet for 28 days and i want week more they refuse i explain i need for work and i done limt miles on it please let me have for week they refuse i say ok i will give you back give me other can they refuse again i ask i am black list in your company he say no did i pay late he say no then why i cant have it before i book i explain the lady on the phone i explain her that i already have van for 28 days she say thats ok return this and take other one but when i went the branch and return back he did not wanna give other he say its not company its branch policy i ask again and again why he advice its branch policy which was relly bad becuse they lose the cuatomer and i end up going other rent a place i call
my cousin that take van and i be 2nd driver they still refuse me i just want to know why they did this

Very good service as any other Enterprise I used around the world. Looks like they use the same database and they can recognise you straight away. Brilliant :-)

I started using the Slough branch from 2013-present to transport my children to university in Bath, Portsmouth and Bristol with all their belongings and by hiring vehicles from enterprise made the journey back and forth comfortable where I could take all their belongings in one trip.

Have hired from this branch 6 times now 100% excellent service excellent cars no problems at all excellent polite friendly and professional staff would highly recommended

Rented repeatedly from this branch. Always top quality customer service on both pick up and drop off. A genuinely nice experience and well priced. Only negative is car size can vary a little. I usually opt for smaller cars, and have twice been given a juke which is fairly large, but cars are always in top condition and the scratch allowance is incredibly fair. most recent car was a fiesta which was fantastic. Never had any issues, and they are fine (and not pushy) with customers having 3rd party excess insurance.

I will narrate my experience, people can judge on their own. I rented a car for 5 days for 87 pounds and deposited a total of 287 pounds with them that included a refundable security deposit. The tire of car burst on the first day while I was driving from London to Cambridge. I called the customer service who sent a tow truck that offered to tow the car to Cambridge as well as offered us a ride in his tow truck to Cambridge. We respectfully denied the offer and had the car towed away to our residence. Next day we called enterprise again and car was taken to a tire shop.The tire was fixed and an enterprise agent collected the car and terminated the contract as per our request. The whole ordeal lasted for 24 hours more or less. I was charged 150 pounds/200 USD, which was very unfair in my view. Worst car rental experience ever!!

i used Enterprise rent a car some time ago - in fact 27th August 2015 and found the old paperwork in my bag.

As I recalled such a good experience with them, I wanted to write a review.

Whilst my car went in for repair, I called Enterprise just as they were about to close. The Manager was brilliant - because they were unable to collect me, he paid for my taxi there.

When I arrived at Enterprise offices, the staff were welcoming, very friendly and offered me a drink. A replacement car was organised immediately for me without any problems.

When I returned the car, they dropped me off at a train station. They were very friendly, helpful, with a great sense of humour and were extremely efficient. I would thoroughly recommend using this branch as my experience with them was excellent.
