Brilliant service. After my car accident the hire car was delivered to my house the day after and was collected tonight by Richard. Very friendly would recommend. Think you should wear ID passes when collecting cars back for proof of the company staff.

A REAL 5-star service. The van I hired was superb, and I was hugely impressed with the helpful, friendly, and accommodating staff at the Hinckley branch.

Out of all the van hire options in my locality, Enterprise offered the best price for a week's hire when booking in advance. Vehicle was approx 12-18 months old, good condition and presented clean and fully fuelled. Staff were courteous and attentive, and Jatin took time with me to verify the external condition. Returning at the end was easy, and overall very happy with my choice of hire company. My employer also uses Enterprise when we need cars, and having used them in other locations, experiences were on a par with this branch.

Exceptional customer service from Richard who helped me alter my booking multiple times. He has been a huge help by being so flexible with the changes we encountered with out move.
