Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Initially booking on line the application changed my pick up time from 9am to 12pm without notification before I paid which messed up my plans significantly.
The Staff were helpful, but the van I had chosen in my booking was not the van I got. I ordered a short wheelbase transit type van but got a long wheelbase Renault van. This had consequences to my expense. Firstly it being more thirsty fuel wise so that cost me more. Secondly it was too long for me to park in my drive, with the consequence that the wing mirror was smashed off by a passing vehicle when it was parked outside my house overnight, causing me more expense as I had to pay the excess on the insurance.

Overall I wasn't very happy with the outcome, as it cost me substantially more than it should have done, due to circumstances caused by deficiencies of the booking procedure, in that the van I booked wasn't the van I was supplied with, and no fault of my own.

Really nice and friendly staff. They even told us we could hire our van until the next morning as we were already paying until then but didn't realize we were dropping it off early, super helpful as they didn't have to tell us that. Thank you!

I only dropped off at Sydenham... I picked up from West Bromwich. Both were good experiences and as expected.

Generally have had a good experience but this latest bad experience has left me not wanting to use them again due to incompetent staff and been given a dangerous unchecked car that could have left me and my family in a fatal car accident. The car wasn't cleaned properly. The manager was casually smoking a cigerrette at the back. Management had no clue about cars and car safety or customer service.

I thought the price was a little high and when ringing to extend my rental for another week I ask if I could have a better deal and was told "no". I would shop around next time.
Had to wait a long time at the service desk to be seen as they seem to be short staffed.
Lastly the car windscreen inside was very dirty and caused night glare.

10 stars as opposed to the 5 above! The staff looked after me although I arrived 5 minutes before closing time. They were patient, friendly and polite. They do not receive over time pay but the way they served me, you would hope they would do.

Great service from Alex, Tosin and Sherie. I have rented several cars in the past from the Sydenham branch and they have been outstanding!!! If you need a car and in Sydenham check them out......

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Even though I turned up early they sorted everything out to make a stressful enough weekend of moving, a little bit easier.

The staff are incredibly friendly md knowledgeable, and go out of their way to make everything go as smoothly as possible.

I have rented from the sydenham branch many times over the past three years and have found them to be really lovely. Very friendly, efficient and professional. You have to be careful to make sure that you are well within their office hours if you want to be picked up but otherwise all good. Would recommend.
