I have been using the Caterham branch for several years now and met so many of its staff, all have always been fantastic providing a very personable service. I left a little iPhone charger during one of my hires, the branch contacted me about it, I was greatfull and promised to collect it but totally forgot. A few weeks later at my next hire it was on their notes that it hadn't been collected and so they handed it over to me. Now how fantastic is that!!?

New, clean car. 5* - Polite and friendly staff 5* - Picked me up from my house and after I returned the car they dropped my off at my destination 5*. I also wanted a copy of my receipt a week or so after the hire and they emailed that to me with no trouble and then they called me to make sure I received the email. Really efficient and friendly team. I've been using Enterprise for years and never been let down. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY.

Nice car I was given as courtesy car. Simple to sort out etc
