American customer service this bad makes me never want to go there. WARNING - if you do not have a credit card do not use this company. Even if you have a valid driving license, a polling card, a passport and deeds to a house all in your name if the computer says no they will not hire you a van. They give no reason other than to consistently say "if you had a credit card" or "it's not going through on the screen". No help. No resolution and if you pay upfront then it takes 2 weeks to get a refund, not too mention that you will only ever find all of this out on the day of hire, without time to make other arrangements . An utter disgrace.

Courtesy calls before collection and drop off were very helpful and sped up pick up process.

Once again , enterprise let me down , this morning some manager from Dartford branch called me to tell me I still have to pay £514.90 for a chip in the windscreen I even didn't make . The chip was existing I saw it when I'd drive off . Beware the catch and con ..., company trains salesman to come to you with a damage valuator circle saying any damage dent or scratch within the circle diameter is not a problem and they'll wave it ..., actually is a big con and is not true . Because of that I didn't turn back to tell them about the chip as the chip is within the circle . Also the trainee guy which we inspected the car together did not mark any damages on my car diagram paperwork and there was 10's of dents and scratches on bodywork. Why they just decided to only charge me for the window chip? . If trainees can't do they work properly I think they should be accompanied by an experienced salesman . Now after returning the car they accused me of braking they windscreen. See you in court enterprise. Will go trading standards , watchdog, I'll put feedback on all social media google twitter etc so all world will stop using enterprise . What a joke .
Get ready .., I've got all proof in front of me 2 witnesses and money . I WILL NOT STOP .. until you'll refund me my deposit and all charges I'd got from you unfairly as I'm innocent .

Rented a car for a night around Christmas. Staff here offered to pick us up at the train station and brought us to the rental location which was much appreciated. They did the same on the return. Very kind, friendly, and courteous people. Highly recommended

Rented a car from these guys and was very efficient and good customer service. Explained what I needed to bring on with me and how long it would take. They were very helpful and service and choice of cars is good as well as the price

Amazing service, specifically the branch manager Amar Purohit. I could see it in front of me, 5 customers, phone constantly ringing, one man. How he dealt with the situation without getting annoyed or angry was amazing. The service was very professional and I have no hesitation in recommending Enterprise Dartford and I will use it again in future.
