Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Have used this branch for the second time and the service is exceptional (trust me I have to be impressed I am fussy & picky). Mo and his team are a credit to Enterprise and a lot of other companies could learn from these guys. Nothing is a problem, they go out of their way to assist you, addressing you by name. Number 1 in my book.......No 2 is the Enterprise Great Southall West Road, Feltham. Keep up the good work!

Good service but staff not very interested

The workers were swift and professional pass my thanks to to brother who assisted as a dropp off he was fast efficient and wished me Eid mubarak. Thank you bro

I've rented, cars and vans from this branch 7 times over the past couple of years. I always find the staff to be pleasant and efficient. And I'm usually on my way in less than 20minutes.

Was good but initially they tried to give me a car with dent although they were helpful and change the vehicle for me but they done have many vehicle.

It was quite cheap and the employees were very kind and welcoming

Outstanding Service! !!! Textbook customer service.
Friendly, helpful and competent . The car was immaculate. Free upgrade. Child seat at no extra cost ( though I expected to pay).
The whole team seems very on the ball and geared to making your experience smooth. The Manager ( Mo?) is fantastic - clearly leading by example.
I always hired the car straight from Heathrow . My sister recommended this place. I can't see myself going anywhere else in the future even if it is a pain to get a taxi out to Southall and then hire. Definately worth it.

I have used enterprise for years. Since my first experience I never went to any other firm, their customer service is excellent. This time was no exception. Mo the manager and Seema were exceptional from the initial hello to being patient as I wanted a different car and whilst accommodating other requests. Southall Enterprise flys the flag, maintaining those high customer service standards. Much appreciated and Thank you.

Good staff - good experience. Issues if any are resolved quickly. Have visited them thrice and all of them were good experiences.

It was a great service simple and straight forward.

The service is always impeccable . Been using this branch for sometime now and seen many staff come and go (on promotion or personal reasons) and I can honestly say that each and every one has gone out of their way to help.The present team led by Mo is a fine example of how to provide great customer care.
