The staff were very helpful and finished the deal and got us on the road with the new car in no time

Tyseley branch on warwick road are a credit to enterprise, lovely staff members, always helpful upon arrival and leaving, clean and friendly store! Do pass on my reguards to everyone at tyseley branch! Amazing staff there! Keep up the good work ladies and gents! Can always have a laugh and joke when ever picking a vehicle up or returning with tyseley branch.

Great staff interaction and I hired a nice new vehicle

Filthy cars... window buttons and cup holders etc , sticky dirt in the gaps e.g. Drink spillage.
The company that does NOT pick you up. Was told this service only for business customers
Later told this is not the case

I could not fault the service or the vehicle hired. Well done staff. A small office where the staff tend to treat you like family, and a very pleasant experience all round. Personal thanks to China.

They did not want to rent me a car because I only took 2 months in my address.
The treatment has been very rude and I have not been able to give solution.

Edit: At the end I found the solution and they treated me very well, within the same company in the offices of the airport. I was greeted in an outstanding manner and they did not put any fault.

Only ever Rented one car from here as mine was in for repair pretty Straight forward to do no problems with the car I rented think it was a Toyota

Always cheaper than other companies and if you manage to get it from Airport branch it'll be the cheapest you can find.

Extremely poor service. Informed at the last minute that there's been no recorded reservation, having had spoken to 3 people during the week. Claiming there is no record of anything.
