Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Very helpful so far, would defo reco-mend!!

1st vehicle wouldn't lock or unlock properly, replacement vehicle had permanent oil warning light flashing. Vehicles are poorly maintained and clearly not checked properly prior to rental. Staff appear helpful and bubbly but are largely disinterested.

Very impressed with the friendly and welcoming nature of the two girls working there. The only downside was when it came to paying on collection the price was higher than the one quoted online, which came as a surprise. We were able to negotiate a discount but still ended up paying more than initially expected. This was slightly disappointing, but the rest of the experience made up for it! Car was in good, clean condition and a decent trim level. The brief on how to use it was clear and concise. Overall I would certainly recommend Enterprise Tonbridge.

We have been renting vans from this branch for nearly 7 months now. Great service every time. Never disappointed with vehicles. Prices are very competitive and staff are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

After having an accident and aloud a free car hire the car picked up Toyota aygo 14 plate basic .I had to get to them as we pick you up didn't happen .Had basic look around car in the dark with poor lighting and signed as OK in daylight interior of car clean but all the seats are stained and look really bad . I now have to purchase another car as mine has been written off . So this will be returned and would need something to hire until I get pay out and purchase another car. I will be looking at another company to hire from I think

I had originally an enjoyable experience renting from enterprise I hired a van to help a friend out whose daughter was moving in with him the problem I have is when I realised that instead of holding the deposit and releasing it on the turning of the van enterprise now take the full deposit out of your account and can take 2 to 3 days to pay it back this is all too well if you are able to wait that long and have the available funds to do so my problem is I didn't at no points did enterprise tell me that this was the new policy not one customer was told this Whilst I was picking up or dropping off the van and when challenged the customer service team referred me back to branch I love the fact that they brag about UK higher company with American customer service because of you want my opinion it's rubbish it wouldn't stop you hiring from enterprise but it would help if enterprise with more focus on looking the customer have all of the information and not focused on trying to sell you additional damage waiver
