Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Staff were lovely.
Full excess cover is not full excess cover (still £100), doesn’t cover windscreen and tyres.
All I want is a car hire experience with no hidden costs. When I buy the full insurance and excess cover online, I don’t want to be hit up for more at the counter!

Great staff working longer hours than usual enterprise locations as opened on Sunday also.


At peak times worth arriving early as space is limited inside and can get very busy.

The customer service at King street was brilliant. The ladies & gentleman were on top of there game and I would happily use them again.
I've also added them to my Christmas card list and not many get on that.

Staff so friendly and helpful on every aspect.

Particularly Karyn, Beth, Hannah and another girl from Leeds, think begins with V(?) particularly helpful but can't remember her name!

Vehicle great, easy to access and return.

Hired a clean and neat SUV in Newcastle drove it for 3 days then returned in Hammersmith.Very professional and efficient service.

I was totally satisfied with the MPV and the price and entreprise costumer service. I highly recommend it.

Van was great and in good condition. However with three people in the office I wasn't acknowledged by a single member of staff for about 20-25 minutes.

This was very frustrating a simple hello and 'I'll be with you as soon as i can' goes a long way. Or just tell customers why there might be a bit of a wait

I needed a bigger car than I had booked and the staff here were super helpful in sorting that out for me (at only a small cost)

Very clear instructions on all I needed to know about the rental, including knowing what would happen if I had any issues or damaged the car at all. Felt like nothing was being hidden from me and I knew exactly what the costs would be, if anything went wrong.

Will be hiring from here again for sure.

Only downfall is they always call me to remind me of the things I need to hire a car, even though I have hired from this company 10+ times in the last year.

What an experience! Wish all holidays started out like this. The staff was not only courteous but warm and friendly while at the same time being helpful and prompt. My wife and I were prepared for a lot of paperwork and slow delivery. However, were pleasantly surprised by the experience. The same was the case at drop off today. Will definitely go back to them in future!

The only place in London to rent a car from. I've rented from this place dozens of times and only ever had great experiences. Customer service is so good it's hard to believe you're in a car rental office, genuinely friendly people and utterly trustworthy.
