Tomas at Plymouth was very helpful, seemed genuinely interested in my needs and reasons for the hire, and Ben who checked the car back in similarly so.

I actually hired the vehicle from Barnstaple and returned it to Plymouth. The staff at Plymouth were courteous and friendly unlike the Barnstaple staff, who were ignorant and charged me for scratches I had already pointed out on collection. I went in to see the manager in Barnstaple and he just ignored my representations, didn't want to know preferred to doddle and take calls whilst I spoke with him.

My Van was in for repair, Enterprise had what I needed, when I needed it. Brand new Van at one of the lowest prices. Great friendly staff. If my van lets me down again I will certainly be back.

From the moment I was picked up, to the moment I dropped the car back, the staff were very polite and helpful. I have hired vehicles from enterprise Plymouth a number of times and have always had a pleasant experience, I would definitely use them again.

Great hires but be careful, in addition to hire cost the peace of mind insurance doubles hire. If you don't get it and are hit through non fault, you are still expected to pay £1200 instantly - thankfully I was fine
