Very helpful staff and would recommend the branch without hesitation.

The only thing that would assist with the booking. I asked twice when dealing with your central reservation if the price quoted was the final amount and if there would be anything more to pay. I was not told about the extra insurance until the branch called me back.

Get your Central reservations to make things Crystal Clear.....

Always amazingly friendly, well-trained staff. I have had to rent from here a number of times and the experience has been excellent every time, including the price of their rental on small cars. They are happy to work around customer availability, and will offer lifts to and from home where needed. Online booking of rental cars here also makes life much easier. Great service all round.

I never use anyone else, you cannot beat Enterprise for service and Customer Care and no I don't work for them, just being honest.

Very friendly branch, good service. Was a big queue at the start of the morning, and no obvious system for dealing with the influx - I asked a staff member who confirmed this.

I found the staff to be very friendly, polite and respectful. I was a bit late returning the vehicle and they called just wanting to know if we were okay. I explained the situation as we were stuck in traffic and although I couldn't stop apologising, they were very reassuring despite knowing that I was obviously holding them from going home. When I got there, they did not rush me but went through all the formalities quite patiently and were even concerned about arranging transport for me to go back home!

Customer care is at the forefront of this branch with genuinely honest and sincere customer focus.
The staff are well trained and do not mislead the customer at all.
They are all courteous and engaging to new and old customers alike, although they could do with more support from the car pool to guarantee customers that preferred choice in vehicle.
