Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had to go through too many different selling points from the staff. I am aware they are pushed to ask all this sort of questions but we need to understand that some people just want to give their documentation, rent the car and go home after a long day travelling.
I understand that enterprise as a company want to get the maximum benefit of a sale but everybody's time is important.

I picked the car up at Liverpool and dropped it back to East Midlands. Staff at both airports were excellent and helpful

Seem to be moving car hire further and further away not looking forward to picking a car up in winter in the rai wind and snow

Once through security check I felt I was back in the modern world

The only negitive aspect was the work being undertaken around teh car hire area which meant we could not enter the area to hand the car back. This was only temporary but there were no notices informing you of this. Eventually I drove in via the exit. This was not the fault of any of the car hire companies.

Ive not used car hire service at East Midlands before. The trek to the where the cars are parked from the arrivals hall seems to go on for ever, although it is well sign posted.

The signage for the return of the car back to the car pool area is very poor and needs improvement

When I returned the vehicle there were no signs directing me to the car hire drop off car park. I had to pay an extra £5 in car park fee's because I ended up in another car park. When I approached the woman in the Enterprise office she was very unhelpful and tried to intimidate me because I had parked the vehicle to far away from the office. The car was very nice and clean and I enjoyed the vehicle. I will try to avoid dealing with the woman in your East Midlands office next time.

A few weeks ago my father was taken into hospital and I had a race against time to see him before he passed on, I rang Enterprise and explained my situation, the young man there called "Luke" was courteous and understanding beyond his years, I arrived to find the paperwork ready, car waiting and I got to see my father, two weeks later I returned for the funeral and the service was once again outstanding, no nasty surprises, no extra charges and superb customer service, thank you Enterprise, excellent value, customer service and efficiency.

Transparent pricing. Will accept a debit card with a modest deposit. Enterprise are always my first choice of car hire firm. Offer full to full fuel which is generally the cheapest. Staff excellent and always most helpful. Delayed in traffic getting back and Enterprise rose to the occasion with a sixty second return! Willing to accept your own excess insurance.

Great service just a pity the car hire 'cabin' is located such a long way away from the terminal. It's not easy to manoeuvre a baggage trolley over the winding route around the edge of the main building and if the weather is bad you are either drenched or frozen by the time you get there. Have to wait outside in very busy periods - again see note about weather!
