There is a new team and they are brilliant! The car that the central reservation booked was unavailable, which annoyed me. But David Owen and Fizza Ali were Great and very professional and found me an acceptable alternative..
I will never bother with the central reservations again as they were not accurate and charged higher on various occasions.

We rented a car for a weekend in early November. We drove from the car hire place to a hotel and back, nowhere else. On our return, the staff pointed out that the breaklight cover had a crack down the middle. We hadn't noticed this on our initial inspection and it's highly likely it was there before we hired the car, given how quiet the hotel car park was.

The cost of replacing a broken light cover - FIVE HUNDRED POUNDS: see attached photo. What an utter rip-off. This costs less than £100 at any reputable garage.

The staff at the branch were apologetic - so I hold nothing against them personally. However, my boyfriend and I had got engaged during the weekend, so I hope Enterprise are happy that they completely ruined what would otherwise have been a happy celebration.

Nice Cars, Good Service, Great Staff.
Had last minute hires on two consecutive weekends for fairly long drives - on both occasions was well looked after and given a car that suited me best.
I was served by David Owen on my first hire and David Mukanirwa on the second. Now, the 2 David's could be a coincidence, but the quality of service and the cars are surely a deliberate effort worthy of a 5*

Enterprise Rent a Car in Swindon has improved incredibly!!! Visited a few months back to a queue out the door and honestly service from staff who clearly wanted to be somewhere else.

However, this time around what a change! All new faces which were full of smiles and good humour. The service I received off a Charlotte was outstanding explaining the contract fully, having a great conversation and having a genuine interest in my weekend plans and even having the managers involved in conversation it felt more like a social than a transaction.

I have used competitors after the previous visit to branch but after that last visit ill be coming back to experience the level of customer service again! 100% recommend for any vehicle rental!

American customer service ? 3rd World Maybe.

I get collected to go and get my previous arranged car through my insurance company. They're been phoning and texting me every day for two weeks. So it's fair to say they had plenty of warning on what car I needed. However. I turn up in branch and I'm demanded to pay extra as they have had to change the class of car or I can make my own way home. So I pay for the car however I them find out its a 4x4 Which is filthy outside and dirty inside. The only thing the guy was interested in way trying to make me pay for every possible extra. At which point I just said no and he promised to have me changed into the right car ASAP of course this never happened.

Didn't ask if I needed a second driver I ask that it's covered under my own insurance. No oh you want another driver well they're not covered. Email the details and picture of their driving licence to me and I'll get them added. They of course never did luckily the car wasn't something that I could drive comfortable and so I didn't use it more than I actually needed too. As wasn't shown any features of the car and no petrol release by the seat nor a way from the outside. So I pass.

Then when collecting the car they arrive a day late. Not only late they bash the hell out of the front door at 11:20PM!!! Complaint go into national call centre. I used National car hire for years as a sub contractor and only ever had perfect service. Enterprise have shown on every single step how to make the biggest customer service failure of a job possible!

I would never use the company through choice and I pity anyone who has to.use them out of Ness city like I did with my insurance company. Thank fully explained to them and they've agreed I can choose my own if ever needed again.

The van was an hour back late the gentleman serving me compensated me for this. No harm done

First class service on arrival and return.
They open at 08.00 but I arrived at 07.30 to return the vehicle, they noticed me outside and invited me in, the car was checked and I was on my way before 08.00 😀😀😀

The staff at the Swindon West branch were very helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend Enterprise.

The price quoted is not the price you pay. The staff are nice. However, the culture is to "up sell" and make you pay for extras that don't seem to be extra.

The amount of times I've had problems at this place is unreal. Always getting different class cars once I've prob had the car range I asked for. I never get the insurance cover but they always try to mug me off and add it on although I never ask for it. An employee of Enterprise took the piss with my refund. I had been using Enterprise for probably about a year and a half but the last time was before X mas 2016. I made a reservation but weirdly I never passed the I.D checks even tho I got advised to ring on another day they took it upon themselves to cancel my reservation but weirdly there was another reservation make under my name but when I tried to access the details it said cannot get details as it wasn't make on my account. So the only conclusion was that again one the workers done it. Also issued me with a refund which I had to chase up and I never got it back until a month later. Endless problems. After the incident I tried to log into my account but couldn't, didn't recognize my membership number or email address, I think they deleted my account. Wouldn't put it past them to do that to be honest. Was prob Salman. I will never ever use them again. Customer service is awful. Alot better places around to get rentals from!

A very disappointing service from Enterprise, i have been dealing with this company for many years, very disrespectful and arrogant staff, Matt and hue I think. I hired a car off them and 2 days later they call me in for change of vehicle to suit my needs, then once I get there they take the vehicle off me to say they don't have a car to give to me, and leave me stranded on Saturday afternoon, Ask to speak to the management. Apparently he was to busy to talk to me. After making a fuss of it, i was told by these guys that they are multibillion pound company and they don't need my custom, dont worry I will take my business else where. It's a shame when you have people like this give big companies like enterprise a bad name.

Definitely best rental in UK. Friendly staff & you'll always get a car. If choice is unavailable then they upgrade you for free. On top of it all, free pickup & drop.
