Second time I have used these in Bromsgrove, second time I'm walking home with no transport, how can you allow to take an electronic booking on line for collection for early am, the same as your cost calculator with out any stock or type of vehicle in the branch, what's the point of an online booking system that fails every time, I can find out in seconds if next has stock of a pair of jeans yet you can't tell me I you have a car in stock..... shocking
