Polite staff, received car pretty promptish. Shame it was missing a back wiper!

Excellent service. I have hired cars from the Chelmsford branch on several occasions and have always received great service. On this occasion, I was assisted by Aimee, who demonstrates an exceptional level of customer care. I would not go anywhere else for car hire!

Hired an estate car (BMW) to take 2 children to University in Scotland. 1000 miles in 36 hours. The car I rented was excellent and an automatic which I didn't expect, which was a real treat. Service and car quality were fantastic. Highly recommended.

The location is well placed, staff are very courteous and friendly. You get cars for cheaper rental and their service is outstanding.

Excellent customer focused staff, friendly and helpful and even though busy when picking up and dropping off I felt they were doing their best to be helpful. They don't oversell on extra insurance as I had purchase excess insurance, just took a deposit of £200 off my card.which was returned after inspection. My car wasn't pristine clean as I had to clean the back window of mud and both front footwells still had dried mud but no big deal, it's a rental after all, your not buying it!. If you are in the AA you get a discount too just give them your membership no. Also make sure you book 6 weeks in advance to get best price. Will use again which will be soon

We were traveling from the US to the UK. We needed to rent a car from Chelmsford to Suffolk. What a delightful crew at this Enterprise! Beth is amazing-she was answering phones, taking care of customers and out washing cars for incoming customers! Patrick was knowledgeable and very patient as he explained how to drive the vehicle and where everything was located. When we returned the car, they greeted us as if they had always known us. It is very busy in the morning and it seemed as though there were repeat customers being helped-the staff was so friendly! We were a bit delayed in getting our vehicle and they gave us a discount because of it. It really gave us a good feeling to have such wonderful UK customer service!

The best option in Chelmsford by a country mile. Good rates, no hidden costs, excellent staff and the pick up and drop off service is a great service. Although tbh, the central call centre is shocking so recommend dealing with the branch directly.
