Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Lovely staff and very helpful especially Stacey. Hired a car for a funeral and they went above and beyond to make sure I had the right car.

Despite mentioning it on the last 4 hires, they seem to be unable to hire out a clean car. It seems they wash it then rather than chamois and dry the car, they simply wet it and put it outside leaving the car covered in streaks, runs and dirt whilst parked on an industrial estate next to a train track.
I doubt I am the only person to have been given a dirty car this way at the Harlow Branch and it rather lets down the otherwise high standard of the Harlow branch and staff.

Tried very hard to rent a car but been boycotted by complete lack of logic in the system and the staff. My car broken down, standing on the street, phone call with a nice lady who tells me no cars available in Hertford (nearest place). Then I google that they have also place in Harlow which is about the same distance from me (she knew my postcode but didn't say anything). Call with another nice lady who books me in and says she'll ask if they can pick me up& they'll give me a ring. No one rings so I take a bus& walk 2miles to their place in Harlow to get the bloody car just to find out they don't have any available for another hour& half which was no use for me and an hour later than my booking time. So left . They were so very sorry but no one offered any discount next time or maybe different car for the same money, nothing you'd expect from a company that's so big that you can never call to the place you need& get straight real situation info, but have to go through an operator who doesn't have a clue... They totally let me down which is a shame cause they were really nice to deal with. Also found on their page that vans are cheaper than the "cheapest car" they offered me. I'd have preferred to know that before... Whatever... I'm sure they're good when pre-booked but they really need some brains there ...

Easy to hire the van at a competitive price. The vehicle was clean and ready for me on my arrival and I was picked up from home which was a massive help.Plus all the people were very helpful.

Took van back in the exact same condition as when I drove out their warehouse only to be told I had slashed the rear wheel. (Impossible as I dove it like I had a £1000 excess) Won t use again as am sure they make stuff up to keep excess.

From start to finish, the service, cars and bookings have been first class.If there have been issues (and they would have been tiny) they have resolved them immediately.Would absolutely recommend Harlow's Enterprise team and will continue to use them for my vehicle hire's

A great staff at the Harlow branch, friendly, helpful and courteous. Their vehicles are well taken care of, clean during pickup and prices reasonable. I highly recommend hiring from them.

Recently rented my car from here to travel to Bournemouth. Used this place before. Staff are friendly and the prices are reasonable
