Andy and the guys at the Viking trade Park branch are amazing. They are helpful, polite, welcoming and will bend over backwards to help you.
They are an asset to Enterprise and are the only reason I go back time and time again.
It's not often you are made to feel like a rock star walking into a room but these guys take the time to treat you like a million dollars.

Avoid like the plague. I used to use these guys about 5 times a year for van hire, but now I only use Europcar due to Enterprise's ridiculous attitude to damage. I hired a van for one day for a light task. When I picked it up the weather was sunny, but when I returned it the next morning it was cold and the windscreen was partially steamed up. In the cold you could see fine scratches across the glass that were totally invisible when driving and when I picked it up in the warmer weather the previous day. The joker wanted me to pay for a new windscreen. He was very very insistent so I did have to tell him very rudely where to go and left. They are a bunch of cowboys operating under a reputable company name. If they're prices appear cheap on booking, this is where you pay. Avoid.

Staff r very helpful and friendly atmosphere and they will go out of there way to get u on your way

My wife & I had occasion to rent a car from Enterprise's office in Peterborough recently and were very impresseed by the 'customer care' shown us by 2 of their staff, in particular.
Alex, who met us at the train station and helped with our (heavy!) suitcases was a very pleasant young man for whom nothing was too much trouble. Jordan, the young lady who helped us immensely when we returned the car - firstly by giving accurate instructions on how to find their office, tucked away in a small trading estate, and secondly by driving us expertly in order to catch our train to return home.
Excellent service! (And the car - a Pulsar - was pretty good, too!). Well done, Enterprise!
