I actually hired car before you but they were not at all nice as your staff.

To begin with my booking was at the last minute but Alina the manager was absolutely brilliant and had a car ready for me in minutes. She carried out the whole transaction with a friendly calm and professional approach that put me totally at ease. Your staff really understand the meaning of great customer service and experience and Alina is a real credit to your business.

1. I thought the vehicle smaller than "Focus" sized. This was important to me as I was carrying 3 passengers.
2. The vehicle was not as clean as I would have liked outside. It was not terrible but far from spotless. Inside was very good.
3. As the receptionist was very busy I did not get as much time to look over the car or ask about it's controls. The chance to become familiar with various functions would have been more helpful.
4. The car featured several small areas of damage which I was told were not significant.
5. On returning the car it was suggested that it had picked up new damage during my hire. I refuted the allegation as there was no evidence to indicate that the damage was new and was so subtle that it could well have been there but not evident when I collected the car. I was very unhappy at this allegation.
6. The mileage driven was incorrectly recorded (actually kilometres). Fortunately this has no bearing on the cost of the hire.

the women in the office (i think the manager)was fab she got me a super nice car for my motorway commuting to bristol, i had been written off in a car accident ..no fault of my own ,she sorted everything including collecting it from my drive

Good service, but often have not got the type of car required available, as they have limited storage space.

First class service. I needed a car at short notice just before a Bank Holiday (my own had been hit by a car) and Enterprise came through. Very pleasant staff as well.
