Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Height restrictions at Reading West car park were not displayed and vehicle height was not given to me when taking out the vehicle. Ultimately the collision was my fault but Enterprise should have done more to indicate this when renting out the van.

Beyond that, the service was flawless.

Staff had no interest in assisting to open a trade account or sorting out an invoice .Hard work to speak to sny one and get answers unfortunately.

I rent a lot of cars local to Heathrow Airport but by far the best deal I could find for Xmas was at Enterprise, West Reading by a few £100's. I've met some really good rental teams in the past but this was by far the friendliest. Every one of them acknowledged me and talked to me but a special mention must go to Gareth Browne who dealt with me from taking the car out to it's return. I've never met such a pleasant, friendly man in all my hire car rentals. He seemed a little surprised when I told him, I'm guessing it could be that all the team could be just as good. Credit to him that he named Enterprise as the reason for this.

I received a weekend coupon for car rental. Guess what it doesn't work! HAHA, because on Sunday's they're not open, so the coupon gets rejected on their website.
