Staff were excellent . Helpful and polite they were a credit to the company .

When i got the van the guy asked me what i’m gonna do with it and i told him i work as a courrier for a big company and i am gonna use it for that, and the guy told me “ you are gonna be the best driver with this new van” i told him “ok, thanks mate!” all good till here... after three days i was back with the van to rent it for another two days and they told me “ we don’t rent vans for courriers”.....
So the van vas ok 5 stars, but the rest ... i don’t know

Returned to the Northwich branch to rent a van for a couple of days. Really helpful friendly staff, the can was very clean and ready to use with no fuss.

Rented a large Ford van ! I booked they called to confirm. They picked me up on time,good hand over. Very pleased with the van . I had a Number of small issues Shaun Dealt with these in a manner that suited me. The lady that picked me up and returned me to home, was very Professional happy to chat made the journey pleasant. Well done Shaun ! Customer comment - I would like to set off with a full tank. Very flexible staff Bumped into the Area Manager in the car park Also very Pleasant !I left happy.

Brilliant service. hired a few cars over the last few years in Australia but this place without a doubt were the best I've ever dealt with. Shaun showed brilliant customer service and the car was outstanding. would definitely use again when I'm back in the UK

We rent cars and vans twice a month. Service from Northwich branch is superb, second to none. Nothing is too much trouble, from collecting you from home early and return, to finding you a vehicle last minute, for emergency hires. 5 star team.
