I hired Seat Albahambra 2017 for my holiday I have this habit every summer to visit Midland and this time was my fourth experience so far

Just booked a car here for the price of £336.96 for a week (Mansfield Road, Derby) decided to check the same car with the same dates same dealer but at the Ilkeston Branch the price there is £294.79, cars from the Mansfield Road branch for some reason are more expensive to hire, I asked them if they could price match the ilkeston branch they said no and wasn't really interested so please shop around.

Very good service. Staff efficient and friendly. Explained all the details and insurance's needed, and although there was a queue we were not rushed at all.

Great service and team

Customer service is very good. I don't usually have rented cars, however Renault UK paid for this due to my car issues.
The reason for only 3 stars is because the first time I had a car from them it was filthy; luckily the second car was much cleaner.
