Not quite as quick and simple as a pick up from a holiday airport but a lot more fair and honest.

Excellent service. No messing about. They have changed from having you bring it back with the same amount of fuel in to charging £1 a litre if it suits you better. Booked for 2 days but only needed it one and was given full refund. Lovely staff. Pleasant experience. Definitely recommend.

gave us the wrong vehicle, even after checking 3 times that it would be big enough for the job, lost money as had to turn down a days work due to this and didn't get the first days work finished

The true test of a company is how they perform when things go wrong, not when things are going swimmingly.
After booking a van I was informed the afternoon before my journey that the planned vehicle had been returned with a puncture and would not be ready for my departure time. I was offered a larger vehicle for he same money and was OK with this.
The next morning (day of departure) I received a call in the morning to say that the larger van had been dropped off late that night with a substantial crack in the windscreen and couldn't be released. The only option was to get the original vehicle delivered to my house as soon as it was ready with a substantial discount for my troubles.
After finishing the hire and dropping the vehicle back off, I was given a lift back to my house and was offered a further discount off my next hire from that branch.
It was a pain to have had to set off later than expected but the staff have bent over backwards to be helpful. You really couldn't ask for more.
