Friendly and efficient staff, helpful without being too 'salesy'. Only drawback is the limited weekend opening hours.

This is one of the Enterprises I dread going to. Natalie Richford, the branch manager at Corby is one of the most arrogant to human beings I have ever come across. Being a "corporate client" who doesn't wear a suit and tie, I have been spoken down to by Natalie, had my time wasted whilst they "prepare" a car. I have sat there whilst a customer was spoken to nicely, treated well whilst I was ignored and treated like a waste of time.

Each time I have taken down details of these incidents and will be complaining about her. The staff seem to fear her. I hope my
complaints will be taken seriously.

Enterprise rent a car, as a group though are generally very good, thier staff are very good, very friendly and often willing to help with anything, it's a shame that this branch is tarnished with such a rubbish manager who thinks she is above others.

The staff give better than what you ask for. I needed a big car that could fit my family and a lot of luggage. Instead of the vehicle that I had hired, which may have been slightly smaller, the staff actually arranged for me to have a bigger vehicle and everything fit well. I am very grateful for the way they went out of their way to meet my needs.

I have never had a company work so hard to satisfy their customers, the guys at the Corby office were all very welcoming and friendly and made renting a car very simple. regular calls to make sure I knew everything I needed as soon as I booked a vehicle and to top it off a FREE pick up and drop of service.

Ignore any negatives. Best experience and customer service, highly recommend
