£66 for essentially 2 hrs and 3 miles was not cost effective - would be better to hire by the hour

Great you can hire Small Cars or Big Cars and they are planning to move soon out beside Tescos 24hr Out skirts of Blackpool

After my car broke down i rented a car from enterprise blackpool. Excellent customer service. Very helpful. And they even gave me a lift to home when i drop the car off

They said there was damage on the vehicle when i returned it... i did not do any damage to that vehicle... i was charged £250 excess... only because i opted for it otherwise they would have charged me up to £1500... really dishonest business practices... will not rent with them again :(

After having my car bashed recently I had to contact enterprise to organise for a rental whilst mine was rectified. The customer service I received was fantastic from start to finish. Lovely lad picked me up from the garage and talked me through the car I was going to be driving (fantastic quality car) and made sure I fully understood everything. When returning the car it was checked over and all the paperwork signed, easy peasy! I wanted to give a big thank you to Laura as ditzy me left my keys on the desk and she went above and beyond to drop them off at home to me on her way home which she didn't have to do! Great staff! Will certainly use enterprise again! :)
