Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Received a call within half an hour of booking online to confirm the details and check if I needed picking up. Dealt with straight away in branch even though I turned up early, they also sorted me a lift home after I dropped the van back early having finished with it much quicker than I had estimated

Very friendly staff. Car was almost ready to pick up, although I did arrive an hour later as arranged. Then you always have to pay an additional £30 to get excess down from £1000 to £250. Nobody told me that when ordering online.
Parking space is very limited.

Returned a vehicle from a different branch. No hassle, rapid service, and a complimentary lift back to where I was staying.

After using a couple of different rental companies and feeling violated by a slimy salesman before somehow being coerced into paying almost double, I finally used enterprise. Completly different manner to the others I have used. Treat you like a person not a sales target, and give a very personal touch to you rental. Will only be using these guys for the foreseeable

I have been using Lutterworth rd branch for 3 years+ I hire a car nearly every week. I have also used other branches. But I can say without hesitation that the Lutterworth road branch is by far the best. They're reliable, professional and they have a great can do attitude. I must mention Steve personally. Especially as I know I can be an awkward customer. But he delivers such excellent.. no, outstanding customer service. I wish all staff, in all branches could learn from him.

Car wasn't ready for collection had to wait half an hour, Car was not clean. Broke down on motor way and got a replacement vehicle of a huge van, had to accept it at the time as I had to make it to the client. re-arranged to replace VAN to a reasonable car and scheduled to pick it up on the way home. Turned down by enterprise saying they are not expecting me. Spoke to Enterprise Car in Leicester from where I hired vehicle, initially they denied that a replace vehicle was arranged but eventually they admitted that a replacement vehicle was arranged by them and for some reason they can not provide it.

troubled service paid for rental and went to pick up car and it was nothing but hassle. i took out the rental as i didn't want to loose 25 pounds cancellation and as i took a taxi there, biggest mistake as when i wanted to extend rental rang in the employee said OK and said she would take money from my deposit ,i then went out of town and 3 days later got a call asking for more money apparently they couldn't take money from deposit and i wasn't insured to drive car as i didn't pay additional money which i didn't know about, i didn't have a card with me to pay so was advised to return car that day,i told the employee i wasn't coming back from London to return car on that day and said id bring it back the next day . All in a very problematic i wouldn't use enterprise EVER AGAIN
VERY VERY VERY TROUBLING it turns out the lady was a trainee obviously she wasn't trained enough to be dealing with customers .

Guys we're pleasant enough but just didn't call me back unless I called them. I was not rude nor arrogant at any point but felt I was not of any importance.

Great service. Picked up from home. All paper work done in a short time and all staff very polite and professional.

Ordered a ban to help move some bits around, staff were a little confused in the morning not being able to find the van which was the biggest thing they had in the tiny car park that morning.
For some reason I can to go through all my details twice even after entering it all online prior to save time.
Other that that staff looked ran off their feet and just generally a little disorganised.

Friendly service (better than the enterprise call centre), we had an issue with the van but was compensated more than fairly. Will definitely be using them again for any car/van hire.
