Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I got scammed. I have to score with a 0, because I have been charged twice for the rent and I have been claiming for 15 days and they do not answer me. I do not recommend it.

AVOID Enterprice, Booked Van for moving home on 28/08/17 for 3 days, pick up time 11am. Called enterprise number of times to see if we can pick up early, the unhappy lady on the phone said no you booked for 11am!!! 😤😤😤😤😤😤

11am no one bringing the van, at 11,45am called them to see where is the van, no one answers my calls, called then 12 times, at the end called Centrol reservation and they called them, finally I have to go and pick up the van at 2pm reason is they don’t have driver 😡😡😡😡

I paid 3 days rental money in advance, when I went to pick up van I told them can I hire for 2 days instead of 3 days as I already lost a day, they said okey and they will charge me 2 days only, 3rd day money will be refunded to me by cheque. I have returned the Van 3 hours before my expire time, and remind them of my 1 day money refund, they said the same they will post it to me by cheque!!

TODAY IS 16/11/2017, AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY 1 DAY RENTAL REFUND. I can’t trust them anymore. Very bad service 😡😡😡😡😡

Excellent service, can't fault it, they go above & beyond to be helpful.
I will always enquire with this Enterprise first when in need of renting a vehicle. Special mention to Peter & the chap from Pakistan on a placement who dropped me off after I returned the vehicle.

Pick up was fine, but at drop off to branch in Bury St Edmunds, I was accused of putting a dent in the van, then mislead into signing a form, etc. Neither branch took responsibility for my subsequent complaint, but the Oxford branch did take nearly £1,000 out of my account without telling me, and basically fobbed me off to their damage recovery unit. Customer service is horrendous, they don’t really care once they’ve got your money, and I would not go near this company.

Very good. The pick up from work is a good addition. It is difficult to get the time right due to traffic in Headington but that can't be helped

I always hire from Enterprise in Cowley because of the superb pick-up service. But as an added bonus, the staff are ALWAYS very friendly, engaging, responsive, efficient and overall very helpful. On top of that, the vehicles have always met, or exceeded my needs and expectations and at very reasonable prices.

Rented a van from here. They were helpful and hassle free.

Excellent service and prices are affordable. Make sure you consider the costs for road protection etc. Also consider the deposit, which they release immediately if you give the car as it was given to you.

Only had one experience here renting a van. Didn't have the size I wanted, but gave me the next size up. Made up for it by giving me a free quarter tank, and agreed to change to the right size later in the day. Staff very friendly, and the whole process was easy

Staff are competent and friendly. Unlike some places, they do not seem to be actively out to find problems with the car you have returned (although obviously if you leave huge scratches down the side of your vehicle you will end up paying for it). I've generally been in and out within 20 minutes.
