Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I use them a lot and they always try to ensure I have the type of car I like.
Always friendly and welcoming - first name terms, which is nice.
Service is spot on.

CHARGING ME FOR A WORN CLUTH!! Will not be using enterprise in the future. Instead of compensating me for being stuck on the side of the motorway for 6 hours, having to do a 80 mile round trip to pick up a new car and fuel costs in driving the new car home. They have sent me a invoice for MECHANICAL DAMAGE. Absolutely ridiculous after 6 hours after hiring the vehicle the clutch goes. How is that my fault. Poor service!!!

Used this twice. First time I had to return car as oil light was on. 2nd tìme the car was hard to start.

Enterprise by far the best rental service in the area, all the staff are friendly and helpful and the vehicles are always immaculate.

The staff at camberley branch are always friendly and helpful and make renting a pleasant experience. They go out of their way to try and meet your needs. Best car rental experience I have had. ☺ very happy.

If you tell them what you need the vehicle for they will find you a vehicle

Incompetence and bad customer service.

On return found "tyre damage" and charged the agreed £250 excess, and then charged it once again, taking £500 from our account in total. Never offered excess waiver (£7 per day). Never sent the invoice to home address. Refused to second opinion on tyre damage.
Refused to return extra £250 they charged.
Keep blaming each other when contacted by phone and asked "uncomfortable" questions.

Terrible. Will never use this branch again and complaining to head office.
