Per adverts, friendly efficient service, pick up and drop off service. Not the cheapest but always worth it. If they only stopped insisting on pickups from anotber branch further away, it would be 5 stars

I had the pleasure of being seen to by the Branch Manager when collecting my vehicle. I was upgraded to a bigger van which i had no complaints about and every aspect of the hire agreement was gone through in thorough detail. Real down to earth person who treated you like he was your best friend

Enterprise state their customer service is better than none. Simply it is. As long term rental customers, No quibbles about minor problems. No problem at just swapping the car out when a model fails to meet expectations. Great staff we have met in Chester, Widnes and Wrexham.

The staff are always helpful, polite and courteous. I only hire from enterprise as you provide the best service and good quality vehicles at a good price.

Need to seriously look at their business model. £1000 for each and every scratch or dent. Or pay an extra £25 per day to reduce them to £200. Be careful!

good service but they charge the customer delivery the car from their office in Chester to their office in LLandudno Junction !!!
