At the heart of our practice is the Reggio Emilia approach which is based on a fundamental respect for children and their innate capacity to imagine, play, instigate and maintain curiosity in the beautiful world around them.  We consider the environment to be the ‘third teacher' and so at Enya's Childcare we adore the outdoors!  Through working this way, we endeavour to ensure that you little ones are 'school ready' for when the time comes. With the outdoors playing such an important role within our daily routines, we feel we have a responsibility to take care of our planet. Enya's Childcare has made a conscious decision to make sustainability an integral part of the way we operate. We have partnered with ‘Eco-Schools' and ‘Keep Britain Tidy' and we are now working towards achieving ‘The Green Flag' award. We have created developmentally appropriate surroundings where children may explore, experiment, touch and feel to learn about the beautiful world around them. We encourage the children to use their imagination and believe in magic, the world needs more dreamers!
