An extremely busy 62 year old can do it, what’s your excuse again?
Tired, stressed, unfit and uncomfortable in clothes, that’s how Bob described himself when he first came to me (1st pic). A CEO of a huge company brings great stress and responsibility and leaves little time. ... The daily routine had become waking up after a poor sleep, few cups of coffee, rush to get ready daring not to look in the mirror and then put on the suits which over time had been replaced with larger ones
Once in work it’s a case of meeting after meeting, starving by 11 so grabbing another coffee and some chocolate and crisps, or if he was lucky, it would be a breakfast meeting so just eating anything on offer Business lunches could be anywhere, but with a big appetite and admittedly no self control, 3 courses with extra bread and oils were the norm each day Deadlines, staff and Big events would usually result in a later than desired finish time and not wanting to cook late in the evening, the norm became a takeaway or restaurant meal again
With the only activity being a round of golf (which was also proving problematic because of back pain) it was little wonder the years had seen the pounds pile on
Bob took action however, he knew he needed help, someone to understand his life demands and put together a plan that could fit into it The pictures speak a 1000 words, but I’ll write a few more because where he is now is just amazing ✅Bodyweight pull-ups and dips for fun ✅ “Fittest I’ve been in 40 years.” ✅Deadlifting over 100kg ✅Golf improved dramatically, and can now play day after day with no back pain ✅ confidence through the roof, shows his wife all his training videos (she doesn’t really pay attention to them 😂) ✅ strutting out the water on holiday like Daniel Craig (sending me pics of proof 💪🙌🏼) ✅ energy all day in work, with productivity skyrocketing as a result The only downside, the numerous new suits he’s had to buy as a result How did we do it •Well I had to find an exercise plan that was both time efficient and effective •Daily habit checklist

You can tell a lot of effort goes into each and every meal. Excellent meals!

Used a couple other meal preps gets very boring eating the same old healthy but plain flavourless food. These are healthy and taste amazing If I went to a restaurant and got served food like this I'd be happy

Omg I’m in love with this food. Catsu chicken last night and tonight’s lamb,mash,veg and the nicest gravy I’ve had in 17 years!!!!No one has ever come close to my nans gravy until now. Not sure what hubby will be bringing home tomorrow but I can’t wait � xxxxx

My hubby had his lunch here today and hasn’t shut up about it saying how fresh and tasty it was. Been on the site and chose our meals for next week , will be picking some up as its based on the weaver estate Garston same as our wedding cars @silverladyliverpool. Com �

Loved every meal I was given by au naturel, everything fitted into my macros and I will definitely keep going back for more. Easy on the stomach aswell as the diet.

I've heard a lot about this company via word of mouth and what I've seen on Instagram/Facebook. I tend to prepare my own meals through the week for work, but sometimes get caught out due to time constraints, today was one of them situations. I thought I would give these guys ago after seeing that their meals are now stocked in the Fitness Factory on Water Street. I decided to go with the peppered steak and basmati rice and I was genuinely blown away. The steak was cooked to perfection accompanied by great tasting mixed veg and rice. What made the difference for me was the macros listed on the box for anyone who is logging their daily intake. Genuinely shocked at the fantastic quality and there is a huge possibility that I'll start saving prep time and let these guys do the work for me

I won a competition to recieve a few meals. All meals were top quality clean food �

I have tried meal plans from different people and they have all been a bit bland so ordered a couple from here just to try and OMG they are amazing, so tasty and filling too. I find myself looking forward to my tea �

I had heard many good things about the food of Au Naturel Nutrition so decided to see what it was all about. Well where do I start..The strawberry protein pancakes were incredible, I'm going to have to try the other flavours. The amount you get is more than value for money. Choosing my lunch was hard..so many choices. Finally went for the chicken wrapped in Parma ham with pesto pasta, the flavours were amazing.

If anyone is debating whether they should try, do it. If you don't you are definitely missing out. Once you've been you'll be back to try more.

Delicious meals, generous portions ,full of flavour & macro specific. Large variety of meals to choose from & prompt delivery

Amazing healthy well balanced meals, perfect for a busy lifestyle when you don't have the time to meal prep. These fuel me well for my very active lifestyle - parenting, running my own business, weight training and mixed martial arts training.

Great combining the meals with the juices too for that perfect diet bursting with great macro and micro nutrients.
