EPIC provides open market access to an ISO class 7 cleanroom and a shared laboratory facilities with specialist equipment to support R& D, prototyping, innovation and testing in emerging technologies. Current capability includes wire bonding, die bonding, fibre alignment, device packaging, microscopy & analysis, shared software licences and 3D printing.
