What a fantastic service, place and staff. I traveled 300 miles from the south and was given an amazing pork pie and cheeses pastries. Excellent service and encourage everyone and anyone to buy from them, great business and staff.

The only firework shop me and my dad could walk into and ask for a couple of pork pies and actually leave with 2 pork pies once we had ordered our fireworks � now that is good customer service of you ask me �

Brilliant fireworks and a lot to choose from, can also request to watch it on the tv screen before you buy it, so you know what you are buying and honest opinions on all the fireworks!

I've purchased fireworks twice now from Epic and will certainly be back for more, first class customer service, top spec items and quick delivery.

They truly are the finest in the UK!



However we have yet to get a Phoenix rocket to do as it's told, last November the first one veered off course just cleared the rooftops and spectacularly exploded in the neighbouring cemetery thus waking the dead.

We had another order with yet another Phoenix as we were determined to give it another chance. On Sunday this time it rose about 12ft into the air before exploding.��

Not perturbed, I'll certainly be getting a few more in my next order to see if this Phoenix really can fly.

I've even coming to epic for 8 years now. My uncle recommended it to me as he used to drive just over an hour each way to go. There isn't anywhere else in the north of England that compares to their pricing, service and selection. I always spend too much but it never disappoints. If you're undecided take a visit - you'll be glad you did!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Epic Fireworks for giving us an astounding display on the 5th November. From start to finish, it was wonderful to watch. Particularly the “Humming Hornets”. Thank you so much for delivering them all the way to Scotland! The two complaints I have are tiny, and are more feedback rather than complaints, because seriously, we had an EPIC night!;



1. My order said it was processing for several days (even though it was on its way for delivery). This was cleared up on the phone and you mentioned a website technicality.

2. We also ordered a rocket box, but the “Smiley Face” didn’t really work out… that was a little disappointing.



When I called you, all of your staff were so friendly & reassuring that they would definitely arrive on time - so thanks for that!



We will definitely be buying from you again.. and all my guests were keen to know where these amazing fireworks were from! Thank you SO much! x

I have always loved fireworks from a young age but these are the best ones i have ever bought. I've had sets from supermarkets etc that always leave you feeling like you have thrown away your money but the fireworks these boys sell are amazing, big effects in small fireworks and decent selection.



Forget all the others these are the best.

I got epic for frist time this year and it was the best firewoks display I've ever done best firewoks u can buy i will be buying them from here every year screaming spiders thunderous finale sky thriller and chemical x is what I used for the final and it was fantastic lots off happy ppl afterwards �

I bought 2 bunker busters not last year but the year before. I just wanted multi repeater bangs. I am a bad boy at heart. lol. and i was highly impressed with my purchase and the team in their shop. will definitely shop here again. thankyou team.

Honestly for the £200 quid I paid for these fireworks were well worth it ordered on Thursday night and received today well happy, I phoned and asked what's the turn around time the guy reassured me they will be there before guy fawks night. Really pleased first time and I will be back for next year.

Have dealt with Epic for some years now. never had a bad firework yet. The staff at Jimmys are first class. polite , helpful and courteous. Had two displays this November and each was fantastic. Many Thanks.

First time here but used epic fireworks before what a shop it is some great package deals too with extra free fireworks if you only buy 1 firework from here get the sky thriller rocket you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic shop staff brilliant very helpfull i had travelled quite away from lytham to get to the shop but was well worth it i had no idea were to start with the fireworks i wanted to pick for my party so the customized some for me
