Making cakes with a difference.

My cake making experience started as an experiment and turned into something I now thoroughly enjoy doing. Love the creativity that you can put into your cakes, the colors you can create and of course the feedback when people say how much they enjoyed it.

I try to be different with my cakes and prefer using different fillings like french or swiss meringue buttercream. I love the creaminess of these and they are not as heavily butter and sugar based. Obviously if you love your american buttercream, I won't deny it : )
