The business clients I work with generally understand the value of a team and understand that people are their most valuable asset, but find it challenging to let go of their quest for perfection, find quality team members and commit to creating a team that can thrive, even without them being so hands-on. Working closely with these time-challenged business owners I explore the needs and issues to design bespoke solutions based on ethical practice help them to build teams, delegate effectively and ultimately increase morale to deliver increases in productivity and profitability. With individuals, I focus very much on the personal agenda and use a variety of tools and techniques to truly understand what is important to my client, what motivates them and map out an achievable path to success. I'm in a unique position to help my clients; I have over 20 years' experience of holding senior positions in complex organisations and have faced the same struggle of not having enough time and feeling held back from true success. I have a unique set of skills including post graduate qualifications in organisational development, as well as a professional qualification in executive coaching and leadership mentoring and training delivery, and am a qualified practitioner of various psychometric tools including Hogan, Myers Briggs and Belbin. I am also an accredited workplace mediator. My business clients have gone on to achieve Star Status in The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For as well as receiving national awards including the Top 100 best Apprentice Employers.
