I am a British Horse Society trained Assistant Instructor and Intermediate Stable Manager with over 30 years experience as a rider, instructor, trainer and competitor in many disciplines - from dressage, show jumping, eventing and showing, and even as a work jockey for a racing yard.

I set up practice in 2008 completing training to Advanced Diploma in Hypnosis, Master NLP and Advanced "Lightning Process" Practitioner with Phil Parker in London. This technique was specifically designed to help clients recover from chronic health issues like ME and auto-immune conditions.

In 2011 order to deepen my knowledge in this fast developing area of PNI (psycho neuro immunology) I undertook a Dip HE in Clinical Hypnosis and 2 years later graduated BSc (hons) 1st class in Clinical Hypnosis from St. Mary's University, Twickenham.
