Equilibrium Reflexology

Reflexology can help with many health issues as well as being a wonderful way to promote deep relaxation - something we rarely achieve in our busy lives!

Reflex points on the feet and hands relate to organs and parts of the body. By applying pressure and other techniques to these points the body's healing mechanisms are triggered and natural balance is restored.

Having trained as a clinical reflexologist I am able to offer bespoke treatments specific for each client's needs. I work with people of all ages and my current client's range from 13 to 87 years.

Costs are £35 for an hour session. A discount is offered for clients who book a course of weekly sessions.

I can provide a mobile service for anyone who has difficulties in travelling to my treatment room.
