Equine-assisted therapy (EAT) encompasses a range of treatments that involve activities with horses and other equines to promote physical and mental health. I am a Qualified Merishia Massage Therapist operating in and around the Bedfordshire area. I specialise in applying massage techniques to get deep into the horses muscle areas to release tension and muscle soreness. This may be due to excessive exercise with no gradual build up to ill fitting tack or uneven riding causing your horse or pony to overcompensate on one side. Over time, muscles become sore and if left untreated your pony can be left in pain and will inevitably lead to a change in behaviour, such as biting, bucking, rearing to shying away from you. I offer a 20% discount off the price for a first consultation, you will be provided with a full breakdown of any painful areas, what treatment I will use, after care advice and if required a further treatment session.
