Every time the service has been impeccable , most recently with sorting out my riding boots which had a slight fault with them, and with fitting my Sam Shield hat and Equiline Jacket. Always quick for personalised items to be made and sent out. Will continue to shop with Equiport. All staff I have dealt with are very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Just ordered my second pair of DeNiro boots from Equiport. The help and advice I've received (from trying every pair in the shop to find the exact ones I need and like, twice) to Lucinda's fabulous help in actually getting them ordered has been second to none. I wouldn't go anywhere else for boots now. I'm now developing a love for Equiline as well, my bank balance isn't a fan �

I love equiport and was always a regular visitor to them at the big shows purchasing something as they always have lots of lovely quality wear & goods. Things that others don't. I think people get the impression they are expensive because they look like they are with their high quality stand but you pay for what you get and their customer service is second to none. Purchased a new pair of deniro boots together with some other bits & bobs last week. Mary & the team couldn't be more helpful as usual. Need to save some more pennies now for future purchases

Absolutely fabulous service every time and the secret present my husband bought me for Christmas (Samshield riding hat) was simply perfect and his experience was helped greatly by the lovely assistants (sorry I don’t know their names).

You MUST go there and see all the gorgeous merchandise they have it really is of the highest quality!

Fantastic service, I need to have 2 bespoke bits to be made, on arrival of one the staff where not happy with the quality so sent it back asking for it to be made again. Knowing I needed it for the showing season they did a quick turn around to get it made and shipped out to me.

Excellent customer service! I ordered a pair of FreeJump boots and half chaps. The half chaps fit perfectly, but the boots were a little large. Lucinda was wonderful to work with and helped me determine what size would fit best. She sent out a different size and they fit perfectly. The FreeJump Liberty XC boots/chaps are the most comfortable footwear I've ever ridden in and are like a second skin. Equiport also has very affordable prices. I'm from the United States, and a lot of equestrians like myself cannot afford the American prices for the high end brands. To my American friends, I highly recommend Equiport if you're looking for high quality items at a lower price point.
