We had amazing birthday party in the EREBUNI Karaoke Club downstairs! The food and ambience was outstanding! Can only highly recommend this restaurant!

The food was awesome.

The food is amazing! Its fresh and so delicious that your stomach wont be able to eat anything else. Highly recommended. Even though you will wait for food to come - because its freshly prepared - its worth it. Khachapuri and khinkali was amazing! Ho and try all of it!

Service was terribly slow. Took 3 hours to get two courses and whilst the food tasted nice it was very overpriced based on serving size - when spending £40 on a starter and main (and wine) I shouldn't leave feeling hungry - but I did.

Horrible service! Me & my friends went out for a karaoke night. The food is expensive for the size of portions, same as alcohol. Nevertheless we were happy to pay the bill + £10 for karaoke + 12.5% service charge on top (3 bottles of wine, 4 main courses + 6 x covers for karaoke= £225).

2 out of 6 of my friends were leaving the place, therefore we paid the bill and let the DJ know that we are going for a cigarette and we are returning back in a minute since we had booked a few more of karaoke songs.

Once we returned we were greeted with the worst attitude I've ever experienced in a catering industry, we were accused of drinking around the corner and we were forced to leave the premises despite that we have paid £10 + service charge for the karaoke. Once we returned, the owner said that he has sold our table to someone else (apart of us and another table which was there long before there was no one else in the premises). It seems like all the owners are interested is profit, not the guest satisfaction. The worst customer service ever. They don't care about wanting you to return, they only care of how much money you spend in there and then! Very disappointed and definitely not coming back!

The worst customer service I ever saw. Payed £10each for Karaoke, 6 people £60, ordered food and drinks, the bill was £221, went outside to smoke and when we came back we were asked to pay again for karaoke. The owner sayed: go back there where you’ve been drinking, with no reason he blamed as for drinking outside the restaurant, firstly we have all rights to do anything we like outside the restaurant, secondly we went to smoke not to drink. £25 service charge? Where is the service? Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Never been treated so badly in any restaurant before, we paid £225 for the bill, went outside for a cigarette saying to waiters we will come back in a second (staying in front of the door so they can see us) came back and got kicked out by an owner asking to pay entrance fee!!! He was so rude, shouting that we were drinking our own wine outside his doors! I’ve heard before that the service is awful in there and people get charged double, or you can find “extras” you haven’t ordered in your bill, but now I felt this myself! Never come back!!
