We offer athletes, boxers and boxing clubs a range of fundamental products and cutting edge training equipment.

Ergogenics: An aid to improving performance i. e. Coaching, technique, nutrition and EQUIPMENT was founded in 1998.

Based on both academic experience studying a degree and post grad coaching science and practical experience coaching Amateur boxing and football the owners wanted to create a brand that produces cutting edge training equipment to develop and challenge participation and performance in addition to fundamental boxing products for boxers, gyms and recreational boxing training.

Our name was shortened to the stylised Ergo Sport logo and registered as a trademark in 2000. Our products are used by a wide and varied clientele that include National Governing Bodies training facilities, Premier League football club, Rugby clubs, fitness clubs the MOD, Local Authority, Police, Education Authorities, Rehabilitation facilities.

We have sponsored events such as the Clubs for Young People boxing championships, the 4 Nation Boxing Championships, The National Championships of England, Ireland and Wales as well as local clubs and organisations.

Our continued growth and development is a result of our staff and consultants that consist of qualified Sports Scientist, coach’s from varied sports, Boxers, MMA fighter and a strength conditioning coach.

Our relationships afford us invaluable feedback on training application of products and efficacy of our existing ranges. We also have a long standing relationships with our suppliers who develop and manufacture what we want, not what ‘other companies are selling’. By listening to this feedback and witnessing the use of our equipment in gyms we can progress and develop continually.

This can only be achieved through consistent good relationships and being passionate about the sports we supply. A key principle of our company is to reinvest profits in developing boxing and its profile at grass roots level. To this end we do not give our goods away to events in order to be on TV.
