Eric Dines Carpets & Flooring

Recently had a second carpet fitted by this company. Fantastic service, guy arrived at 8am to start the stairs and I wasn't concerned to leave him when I went to work. Work done to a fantastic standard, would definitely recommend this great local business.

From start to finish I have had great service with Eric Dines. Within an hour of his visit Matt had emailed me the quote. Great communication and very happy with the work carried out today by Callum. Great local company, would definitely use again and would fully recommend

Absolutely awful service. Took them two visits to quote on a very simple job, gave us two very different quotes, both incorrect! They arrived 4 hours late on site and left us with a floor overnight that we could not walk on! Not ideal considering it was the hall floor and we have 2 small children! Will never use them again I would not advise anyone else to either.

Went just to Eric Dines on the recommendation of a family member. I pulled into the car park and was greeted by one of the staff telling me that they were just closing. I asked them if they would be open tomorrow (Sunday) and they said that they would not. I won't be coming back here. Being a business owner myself, I would have stayed the extra 15 minutes and possibly made the sale. My wife and I are now on the way to a carpet shop that is open and we are going to buy our hall stairs and landing carpet this afternoon.
