Ermington Sustainable Saturdays (Ess)

Ermington Sustainable Saturdays, founded back in 2011, is a community-based market where anyone can come along, meet new people, buy or sell produce.

Founded by Ro Hughes, Marina Auburn, Nicky Scutt and Richard Hodson.

The purpose of Ermington Sustainable Saturdays (ESS) and the aim of the Team, as representatives from the community, are to provide and sustain a regular social opportunity where people can exchange news, goods – vegetables, jam, crafts etc. , chat over coffee and discuss and advertise local events; to reinforce the great community spirit Ermington deservedly holds.

Ermington Sustainable Saturdays is held every second Saturday between 10am and 12 noon in Ermington's very own Reading Rooms. (Situated along the main road through Ermington, just in front of the church).
