Seriously good customer service! My Tissot watch had broken and I was worried as it was an online purchase and a 30th present from my girlfriend. With no hassle they exchanged it for a brand new one! Top job! Exceptional store staff! THANK YOU!

Tracy in store was an absolute delight to deal with, i have asked for something which shows out of stock and she has gone well out of her way to help me and to get a positive resolution. Cannot recommend enough, she has made me and my partner very happy. Best customer service i have received in a very long time.
