As some of you know - we support the Racehorse Rehoming Centre through the sales of our 20cl and 50cl bottles of Ruby Cuby - they really do an amazing job.

In case anyone missed this - Sam (me) did a podcast with two wonderful food fans and it was fun but also a bit of a deep dive into my background and how I ended up making booze for a living...

I’m prepping an order for wedding favours today - and thought it would be a good excuse to chat about our bottle seals.
They’re made by a company called Viskrings and they are cellulose. I put them on by hand, when they are wet, and over about two hours they dry and shrink to fit the bottle.
Like a lot of our production process, it’s all quite low key and quiet. As we grow we will need to mechanise this part of the process, but I like the fact that most of it is just me han...d making everything at the moment.
And the seals are all part of our effort to be as eco-friendly and sustainable as possible.

What a super idea! Fresh fruit juices blended with top quality spirits, producing a super smooth drink that can be drunk on its own or mixed to create cocktails that will impress your friends for sure.

I ordered a bottle of Gin Genie online as my first purchase from Espensen Spirit and it was delivered promptly and securely, packed in special protective bubble wrap and its own box, it arrived damage free.

An incredible idea backed up with fantastic service, I will be ordering more from Espensen Spirit very very soon!

The most delicious flavours of gin and vodka, made with love and passion! The only vodka and gin I find easy to drink straight - but also just as tasty with a mixer. Beautiful colours and equally beautiful and tasty flavours!

Pump up the Jam rasberry gin is a far out favourite. It doesn't need a mixer (although it's fantastic added to a glass of prosecco or champagne). I enjoy mine over ice with muddled raspberries and a sprig of mint!

Just about the only gin I dare drink neat, these are really very very good. Everything about them are brilliant - the fresh flavours, the bottles, the labels and the team behind it, donating money to good causes with every sale. If you can manage not to drink them yourself they also make excellent presents.
